Based on the memorandum of understanding regarding the integration of practices of Anderson Mori & Tomotsune and Bingham Sakai Mimura Aizawa as announced in our December 19, 2014 press release, the integration process is progressing forward with an April 2015 targeted closing.

The name of our post-integration firm will be “Anderson Mori & Tomotsune”.
