Our HCMC Office was established on May 2015. The HCMC Office provides extensive legal services to address various legal issues in Vietnam. It also advises our clients about legal issues arising in the process of doing business in Vietnam, such as compliance and labor affairs and dispute resolution issues, as well as assisting them in branching out into Vietnam by advising them on M&A transactions, real estate development projects and establishing subsidiaries in Vietnam. Our HCMC Office primarily deals with the following areas of practice:
