Our Singapore office (AMT SG) was established on November 2013 as a Foreign Law Practice, and since then has been a key provider of legal services to Japanese companies with a presence in Singapore as well as the South East Asian region, as well as other international and regional companies based in Singapore. AMT SG (in collaboration with our Tokyo office) supports our clients on a wide range of Japanese law issues, including services in the following areas.
