Our Osaka office aims to enhance our provision of legal services by enabling closer connections with our clients located or operating principally in the Kansai region and Western Japan. In particular, we will provide comprehensive legal services directly from the new office in fields demanding the greatest expertise, including restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency matters, cross border matters in Asia and emerging countries, Europe and the United States (including M&A, business establishment and withdrawal, and support of internal investigations), finance matters, crisis management, and intellectual property matters, all in cooperation with professionals in our other domestic and international offices.
