Takeyoshi Ikeda has over 15 years' experience advising clients on a broad spectrum of U.S. general litigation and antitrust issues related to HSR filings, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, civil and criminal investigations. Takeyoshi's work encompasses representing clients in government investigations and reviews by the State Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, and the U.S. Department of Justice. His experience also includes representing clients before foreign antitrust agencies, such as the Japan Fair Trade Commission, Korean Fair Trade Commission, and the European Commission.
