"Northeast Asia Legal Cooperation Forum" was held on September 2, 2009 in Changchun city, Jilin Province. Our partner, Mr. Hiroshige Nakagawa and our counsel Ms. Jiadi Li made a presentation regarding Sino-Japanese disputes settlement mechanism. The forum, which was the first legal forum organized by China Law Society, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), Jilin Law Society and CCPIT Jilin, was the 5th session on the legal department of China Jilin Northeast Asia Investment and Trade Expo. AM&T was the only Japanese law firm which was invited by the sponsor. Also invited were experts from China, Korea, Russia, Mongolia, U.S.A etc. Mr. Hiroshige Nakagawa and Ms. Jiadi Li lectured on "Litigation and arbitration system and practice of Japan" and "Mutual recognition of Sino-Japanese Arbitral awards and its enforcement".
