Our partners, Akira Moriwaki and Hitoshi Ishihara, acted as speakers at a seminar entitled “Legal Issues in Entering the Myanmar Market in the Form of a Joint Venture -Study on the Know-How to Establish a Joint Venture and the Valid and Effective Provisions in Joint-Venture Agreement-” which was held by Financial Management Forums, Inc. on January 20, 2014 and gave a lecture on the practical points in establishing a joint venture in Myanmar.
