Our partners, Akira Moriwaki and our foreign legal associate, Jinning Tu participated as speakers at a seminar entitled "Chinese Anti-Monopoly Law: An Analysis of Recent Cases -Tips for Japanese Companies on Dawn Raids and Leniency-" on October 16, 2014 and gave lecture on the practical points in appropriate correspondence to the investigation, efficiency and practice of leniency, education of compliance in China.
