Our partner, Takashi Akahane, and our associate, Tomoki Debari, will present a lecture organized by Stock Research Ltd. During the seminar, the mechanisms for typical financing approaches based on specific cases will be provided. These will be followed by the important clauses excerpted from English contracts used in actual international financing transactions, together with analysis on their intent, purposes, and cases where their application was disputed. Also, techniques used and precautions to be taken in drafting English contracts will be discussed.
