AMT held an event titled 'Let's Talk about Gender in the Metaverse' on February 29, 2024, as part of our initiatives to promote Diversity & Inclusion within the firm.
At the event, we invited Mr. Kazuo Wakamiya (uni’que Inc./CEO, Metaverse Creators Inc./CEO) as an external speaker and several of our attorneys participated anonymously as avatars in a candid discussion about gender and diversity.
Utilizing avatars in the metaverse to ensure anonymity and avoid superficial biases, this initiative is a pioneering effort in the country and has encouraged lively discussions about D&I within AMT.
Going forward, we will continue to promote various internal and external initiatives related to D&I.
