AMT is implementing “Pride with AMT,” which consists of initiatives aimed at promoting the understanding and awareness of LGBTQ+ issues, to foster Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) within the firm.
As part of such initiatives, on June 12, 2024, Koichi Saito, a partner and member of AMT’s D&I Committee, held a seminar on the topic “What is Unconscious Bias?” for all lawyers and staff of the firm.
Through the initiatives of “Pride with AMT,” we will continue to strive to realize an organization where all members respect others’ diversity and can play an active role.
