Shareholders' Meetings and Relationships with Shareholders

We work with our clients to ensure that their companies are sufficiently prepared to carry out shareholders' meetings. The measures taken are aimed at: ensuring validity of the procedures of the meetings; as well as promoting a venue conducive to communication between management and shareholders providing opportunities to strengthen shareholders' confidence in our client's management. Our support in this area includes assisting with arrangements prior to the meeting such as preparation of the convocation notice and scheduling of shareholders' meetings. In addition, our attorneys will also provide on-site back-office support on the day of the shareholders' meeting.
