Daisuke Tate has been engaged in an extensive range of legal practice at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune since he joined the firm in 2003. He has been involved with regulatory issues in the securities business, the investment trust business and the investment advisory services business. He has also helped to set up investment funds and advised on structured finance centered on real estate securitizations, acquisition finance and project finance. Mr. Tate's professional experience also includes mergers and acquisitions and general corporate issues.
