John represents public and private companies, including private equity and venture capital clients, in cross-borders M&A and other transactions. He has experience managing complex multinational deals in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical and technology industries. He also has experience in a broad range of general corporate law matters, which he draws upon to advise domestic clients on matters of US law and business practice and also assist foreign clients on their business dealings and other general corporate matters within Japan. John enjoys leveraging his Japanese language skills and cultural sensitivities gained through years of studying and living in Japan to build a bridge between the Japanese and foreign business spheres and promote globalism.
