Wataru Higuchi has been involved in a wide range of finance transactions including asset based finance, syndicated loan, securitization, capital markets and fund business. Mr. Higuchi also has expertise in the fields of financial regulatory issues. In addition to his professional experience at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, Mr. Higuchi has also worked for Tokyo Stock Exchange (from October 2012 – September 2013) as a secondee, where he was in charge of listings of both Japanese and non-Japanese companies, ETFs, and J-REITs.
