Recognizing the importance of Singapore as a hub for South-East Asia, our Singapore office (AMT SG) was established on November 2013 as a Foreign Law Practice, and since then has been a key provider of legal services to Japanese companies with a presence in Singapore as well as the South East Asian region, as well as other international and regional companies based in Singapore. We have been involved in a wide range of Singapore transactions, including acting for Japanese clients seeking to establish a presence in Singapore, as well as routinely advising Japanese multinational corporations with subsidiaries already in operation in Singapore. More recently, we regularly advise Singaporean companies seeking to enter into the Japanese market on various Japanese law issues.
